Spaced repetition means reviewing material at growing intervals instead of packing every repetition into one sitting. Daily rounds win because each short session asks your memory to work at the moment it is about to fail, and effort at that moment is what makes a memory last. The cadence matters more than the format. Revisit a miss the same day, again within the week, and again before test day.
